Exacto owns and operates its own formulation and packaging facility in Sharon Wisconsin.
Production capabilities include small liquid packaging such as pints, quarts, gallons, 2.5 gallons and larger package options thru bulk truckloads. We also have a dedicated dry blending and packaging operation that further expands our manufacturing capabilities.
It is Exacto's commitment to deliver quality products to each customer. With the customer’s needs in mind, it is our team’s philosophy to work within a continuous improvement environment, ensuring that all areas of production and warehousing are maintained in a manner conducive to just-in-time manufacturing.
Exacto produces product based on the demand of each individual customer. Smaller production runs are accommodated through production cells, which fill 1 to 4 pallet orders up to full truckloads.
Specific production cells provide for point-of-use inventory and streamlined process flow within each cell. This focused approach to cellular manufacturing not only provides for the quality blending and packaging of each product, but also enhances just-in-time delivery of each customer order!
